PRIME provided strategy support for Hydro One to access funding from NRCAN for program delivery responsibility across the Province of Ontario. Working directly with Hydro One staff, PRIME provided strategic insight and drafting for application to NRCAN. Important aspects of this submission included clear objectives for EV installation in Hydro One territory through expedited opportunities and collaborations.
